Curated by Alia Aluma, Perspective Film Series includes QTBIPOC films, diverse voices, global titles and narratives that confrontprejudices.
September’s Perspective touches on the theme of Women & Men; Vibrant, poetic, and real with Sean Baker’s comedy-drama Tangerine (2015) revealing the true challenges that women face in different regions and stages of their lives. Exploring the realities of violence against women, coming-of-age, love and relationships, these titles will bring tears and genuine laughter, forcing us to confront our biases and notions of freedom.
This is an in-person event with a maximum capacity of 80.
Guests of the Perspectives Film Series are also invited to the Pride Party. Registration for both events is essential.

Join us indoors and outdoors for entertainment and revelry that includes live music, DJs, rap, acoustic and spoken word performances, VogueYYC, breaker & street dancers, mural art, and much more! A cash bar and food truck will also be onsite.
