About the Space

This is the ultimate, most exclusive event experience available in Calgary. The Centennial Planetarium, with its domed ceiling and seating for 218, has technology allowing it to be used as a full projection screen and grants our guests the opportunity to curate a customized event like no other. The theatre seating and aisles create prospective interaction among guests and presenters in the walkways and on stage. The Dome is ideal for panel discussions, talks, performances, product launches, film screenings, digital art shows, awards or graduation ceremonies, and any other event that requires seating with this type of capacity. This space has an otherwise unattainable wow factor that is sure to resonate with your audience. Rental of this space includes use of the Third Floor Reception Hall.

Accessibility

Contemporary Calgary is a wheel-chair accessible venue with designated accessibility parking and washrooms. Wheel-chairs are also available on site.

The Dome is accessible by elevator and has one inclusive accessible washroom directly outside the space.
