Invention, variety and an expanded sense of the possibilities of art making are the hallmarks of works to be seen in Made in Calgary: The 1990s. Although Calgary experienced economic decline in this decade, visual art remained a vital force. This exhibition highlights installation art and working in series, which enlarged the field of both painting and sculpture. The exhibition is organized in collaboration with the Glenbow Museum.
