Important Information about Photography at this Event

 

Terms and Conditions:

Members of the media may be on site at this event. Photographs and videos recorded at this event may be published or broadcast in any media or format.

Additionally, photographers and videographers from Contemporary Calgary will be at this event. Imagery recorded by Contemporary Calgary in any format may be used in public relations, communication, reporting, and marketing materials. Imagery may be reproduced online, through social media, or in any other manner.

Imagery recorded by Contemporary Calgary may be shared with any of our funders, including TD Bank Group, for reporting and communication purposes. Our funders may reproduce shared imagery in any format for public relations, communication, reporting, and marketing purposes.

No compensation will be provided for the use of any imagery created at this event.

If you and any minors who are accompanying you do not wish to be recorded by the media or Contemporary Calgary,

  1. Please identify yourselves to staff and members of the media to let them know your preferences. We will do our best to ensure you are not photographed but cannot guarantee that you will not appear in images created at the event.

  2. Please visit us at another time. We would be happy to have you at a future event where the media and photographers will not be present.
